Delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Packaging
Your order arrives in recyclable paper mailers.
We consciously choose paper over compostable packaging because too often compostable mailers end up in landfill. Kerbside recycling is more accessible than home or industrial compost systems. Recyclable paper gives packaging a better chance of completing its lifecycle responsibly.
Shipping Costs
Postage is calculated at checkout.
Returns Policy
We kindly ask that you choose carefully when purchasing.
We're a small not‑for‑profit organisation, that doesn't currently have the resourcing to offer returns. We put a lot of care into accurate descriptions, measurements and photos to help you choose confidently.
If you’re unhappy with your order, or believe an item was mischaracterised or has an undisclosed flaw, please contact our customer service team — we’d genuinely love to help.
